Our Services
01.
We offer depth-oriented, culturally responsive, and gender-affirming psychotherapy through telehealth and in-person intensives for adults, teens, relationships, and families. Our work centers relational healing, intersectional liberation, and honoring your lived experience. Whether you're navigating major transitions, healing from trauma, or strengthening relationships, this is a space to reclaim joy, connection, and resilience.
Together, we explore what matters most to you, beginning with curiosity and care. We clarify your goals and collaboratively shape a therapeutic path aligned with your values, identities, and ways of knowing. Therapy here is personalized. Its never one-size-fits-all.
We support individuals, couples, friend groups, polycules, and chosen families dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, identity exploration, conflict, substance use, eating disorders, self-harm, and chronic stress.
We explicitly welcome people of color, immigrants, queer and transgender folks, neurodivergent clients, and those in nonheteronormative, nonmonogamous, or nontraditional relationships. Our approach is accountable, anti-oppressive, and justice-centered.
Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

“The classroom remains the most radical space of possibility in the academy.”
bell hooks-Teaching to Transgress: Education as the Practice of Freedom (1994)
Education is a site of liberation, not just instruction. Grounded in this vision, we offer consultation for educational organizations seeking to evolve and transform their practices. Our work is designed for education-centered nonprofits, schools, colleges and universities focused on moving beyond compliance into purpose-driven, values-aligned action.
We support organizations in the evaluation and revision of programs, pedagogy, and personnel structures with a focus on justice and sustainability. Services include ethical curriculum design, liberatory and culturally fluent professional development, and trauma-informed approaches for student support. We also provide guidance in hiring and evaluation practices, improved crisis response, and building compassionate accountability systems.
Our approach blends strategic assessment with human-centered reflection. We work collaboratively with all stakeholders to identify what is and isn’t working, surface core values, and co-create policies and practices that align with the kind of community you want to build.

This offering is rooted in a politics of care and mutual aid. It is entirely donation-based and open to individuals and groups who need to step away from urgency culture, extractive systems, or burnout-inducing environments. You might come to process grief, rekindle joy, deepen vision, or simply exhale. We understand rest not as retreat from struggle, but as part of the work of resistance itself.
We offer a quiet, intentional space in the mountains of central Mexico for activists, thinkers, artists, healers, and community builders to breathe, rest, recalibrate, and reconnect. Whether you’re seeking solo renewal, time for creative reflection, or a container for collective strategy work, this space is designed to support those doing the difficult, beautiful work of transformation.
We can provide facilitation, guided practices, or structured reflection based on your needs or simply offer space for you to hold your own agenda. Whether you want silence, structure, ritual, or creativity, we work with you to co-create the experience.
Donations may be monetary, in-kind, or reciprocal offerings of knowledge, labor or collaboration. These are discussed and agreed upon collaboratively with care and transparency.
We honor the dignity of your work and your rest.
Support for those seeking migration and relocation help (emergency or planned).
